All payments to Arena Wheel Co must be made in U.S. Dollars according to the agreed payment terms. Late payments may incur a finance charge of 1.5% per month, where permitted by law. Returned checks due to insufficient funds or stop payments are subject to a $30.00 processing fee.

Buyers are responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery and must report any damaged or defective items within 5 days of receipt. Any invoice or order discrepancies must be reported in writing within 10 days. Failure to notify Arena Wheel Co within these timeframes will be considered acceptance of the products and invoices.

Returns require prior authorization from Arena Wheel Co and must include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Arena Wheel Co reserves the right to suspend or cancel credit privileges, reject orders, or discontinue shipments if false or misleading information is provided on this application or if payment obligations are not met. Applicants agree to notify Arena Wheel Co promptly of any significant business changes, including ownership, business structure, or banking information.

Authorization: I/We certify that the information provided in this Dealer Application is accurate and complete. I/We authorize Arena Wheel Co to verify business and credit references as necessary to evaluate this application.
